I reckon it's nothing more complex than a bug M$ introduced.but don't worry! Eventually M$ will fix/patch it.hopefully within the next 5 years. Seriously, who would put up with this? Wrt to topic, that issue seems to be related to the last win10 update, and going by reports effects various users regardless of whether they have (or use) a 'microsoft ID' or not. Say what? How many years has win10 been out? Then all this time, M$ have left these vulnerabilities unfixed.until now? Select here to fix it in Shared Experiences settings.
